~~~~~~~~~~~PATTERNS ONLY~~~~~~~~~~~~
Applique embellishments, make a book mark, necklace, a headband, apply to clothing, scarves, hats so many uses.
Skill Level: Easy
A cute trio of roses to crochet for appliques!
The large rose can be used on a hat, on a barrette, a headband, a fridge magnet, a keychain, the possibilities are endless! The two small rose's can be made into a bookmark, or a necklace.
I've included an example of both bookmark & necklace. Although these roses appear the same they are a bit different from one another. You get three patterns, one for each rose. A pattern for the leaf, and a pattern how to make the cord that doubles as stem for the bookmark, which is a crochet cord, much nicer than a regular single crochet type stem.
Your necklaces will look so much nicer, and more uniform using the crochet cord method.
If you've seen these crochet cords on etsy and wondered how they were made, well now you will know and be able to make your own. Not to many know how they are made, I mainly have seen them from sellers on here from overseas.
Large Rose measures: 4 inches.
Red Rose measures 1.75 inches.
Pink Rose measures 2 inches.
Enjoy!
I am in the process of collecting my "projects" for the winter of 2014. This book will be at the top of my list. The patterns are awesome and I know I already have several uses for each one. Thank you for all the beauties at your site.
