Return and Refund Policy

At Naturing Relaxation, we follow Etsy’s guidelines while also protecting the care we put into each handmade order. Please read the following carefully: Crystals • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery to request a return. • Crystals must be returned in new, unused condition and shipped back within 7 days of approval. • Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. • Crystals returned damaged or without approval may incur a 35% fee, and no shipping refund will be given. Incense • Refunds are not accepted due to State laws (its like underwear). • Returns are only accepted with prior approval. • Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of authorization. • Buyer pays return shipping.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and box. Keep all packaging in case USPS needs to inspect it. Insured Orders (Priority Mail): We'll file a claim. Once approved, you'll receive a refund or replacement. A return label may be provided. Uninsured Orders: Reviewed case by case. If a return is requested, follow instructions and ship it back within 14 days. Items not purchased from us or false claims may result in legal action. Failure to report damage in time or provide photos may prevent resolution.

About Soy Candles and Products

Soy candles burn differently than store-bought ones. They melt at a low temperature, making them cleaner and longer-lasting. For best results, use a votive holder—soy is meant to fully melt. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way across the top to avoid tunneling or lopsided burning. It may pool fully inside the cup—that’s normal! If wax is left over, you can pop it out and use it in a wax warmer. We keep it natural, simple, and effective—just like it should be.

My incense won’t stay lit — what should I do?

This can happen, especially in cold or damp weather. Here’s what helps: Make sure your incense is warm and dry. In colder months, oils can stay on the surface instead of soaking in. Store your incense in a warm, dry spot before use. Avoid lighting near drafts. Open doors, windows, or vents can snuff out the flame before it catches. Be patient in cold weather. This incense is the best I've ever smelled! The sticks burn for Waaaay over 30 minutes, more like 90 (no, that's not a typo). Seriously, I timed it the last 2 times I burned it, and both times it clocked in at just over 90 minutes. Impressive! Smells great and burns a long time, the 2 most important things in an incense. Go buy some now. You'll be glad you did.
