I'm an international customer and my items have not arrived yet/are lost/stolen. What are my options?

I am not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. For international shipments, light items like stickers are shipped via regular mail, which does NOT include tracking. If you reside internationally and your item is lost or stolen, you have two options: 1) I can refund your money. 2) I can resend the items via the original method (regular mail for light items like stickers, or parcel for heavier items). 3) If you purchased an item that normally gets shipped via regular mail and you would like to have it upgraded to a tracked parcel, then an additional invoice for $15 will be applied to your order.
