The package didn't arrive after 10 days, which is why I asked for the tracking code. The response form the seller was bad. She wanted to teach me how to write a formal email (“sehr geehrte Damen und Herren…”) while I wrote her only a short message in app, which seems to me more like a chat than email. Zero empathy on the seller side for me waiting for my package and to have to follow up with the seller, which hasn’t sent the package by then. Horrible experience! The product, however, I love absolute.
