What happens if I provided the wrong shipping address?

If the address provided is incorrect upon placing your order and said item is already shipped, there's nothing we can do at that point. If the item is delivered to the wrong address provided and doesn't come back to us, there WILL NO be refunds given. We've no way of knowing where your item is going other than the address provided to us by, you, the buyer. Please double check! We want your item to get to the correct place.

The tracking number doesn't work for my sticker order. Why not?

The tracking number assigned to your order can be tracked by Pitney Bowes tracking: https://tracking.pb.com/.html It IS NOT a USPS tracking number and will not work if you try to track it through the USPS website/app. If it says it's been delivered and it's not in your mailbox, it'll more than likely still show up in your mailbox a day or two later. Please be patient. If you do not receive your sticker within two weeks, please reach out to us.

Return to Sender, Not deliverable as addressed - unable to forward items?

If your item is returned because the address given to us when your order is placed is unable to be delivered by USPS because of a change of address or wrong address, your order will be contacted by us to let you know. Buyer has a week to respond to this issue. If there's no response by the buyer within the allotted time, we will refund you the price of your item minus the cost of shipping. If the buyer responds, the item price will be refunded to you minus the cost of shipping. If you still would like the item it will have to be re-purchased.

Sticker Enlargement Request

Custom sticker orders vary by price. Any enlargement of any of the stickers will increase the final price of the sticker from the listing of the current price of the original size. Often times they are unable to fit in a standard envelope and must be upgraded to a larger-sized envelope (or box) to accommodate safe shipping of your item(s). Depending on the size and location of the buyer, price can be upwards of $3+ or more for shipping within the U.S.. If outside the U.S., it will be significantly more for shipping. If you know the final size you'd like, please let us know up front so we can calculate the numbers and let you know beforehand and give you a link to purchase. If we cannot make the size you'd like, we'll let you know for sure.

Sticker Enlargement Request... continued

As part of the process, we cut a prototype out of scrap material of the requested design and send you an image before the final cut. This is to ensure we do not waste the good material should you (the customer) change your mind on the size. Once we get the okay from you, we will proceed to cut your request and send you a final image. Enlargements or reductions from original, size after final cut will have to be purchased additionally. Do not attempt to buy your requested, enlarged sticker size at the original size/price listed in our shop as it is not an accurate reflection of the final price/shipping. We will reach out and let you know that your order will be canceled.
