All shipments will be made by Postapriority International (NOT traceable) a code will be provided only as proof of shipping. If you want me to ship your item with Registered Air Mail, please select Shipping Upgrade when placing your order (it's safer, as it is traceable). Due to Covid-19 worldwide pandemic, delays in delivery may occur. Please be patient, unfortunately it does not depend on me and I can not do anything about it as I can't control postal service.

Once the shipping/tracking code has been provided to you and the parcel is in transit, I will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit or left unclaimed at the postal office.

Every item will be packed with THE UTMOST CARE. At no additional cost, each of my creations is sent in a small colorful organza bag and protected by one or more layer of bubble wrap, in a small cardboard box. Gift wrapping is available upon request, with colorful shining festive little boxes, I'll be glad to embellish the present with a bow and add a wishing phrase to the package.

I have no control on delivery, so no refunds will be issued because of any kind of delivery problems. Please kindly double check your delivery address with Etsy before purchasing. Refunds are not available for purchases sent to the wrong address.

I only refund if it is found that any damages in delivery were due to my negligence. Notify me of any damage or discrepancies within 3 days of receipt. In case of refund, it will be for the price of the item only, not for the shipping costs. Refund will occur after the item is back to me at the customer's expenses (tracked shipping only). I do not accept returns beyond 7 days of receipt of the item by the customer.

Le commissioni di Etsy e di paypal vengono dedotte contestualmente. Per questo, se si richiede la
cancellazione di un ordine, tali costi saranno detratti dall'importo di rimborso finale (20% del prezzo dell'oggetto).
