Feel free to send me a message! I will fix your jewelry if you ship it back to me. My policy is you pay shipping when sending it back, and I will pay for shipping when I send it to you.

If you have purchased the wrong size (ring/necklace/bracelet) and would like to exchange it, our policy is that you will pay shipping of the items back as well as shipping of the new/fixed item to you. We will send you a listing to purchase for the amount of shipping. Once the payment for shipping is received as well as the original piece you would like fixed, we will ship the new size.
