Custom and personalized orders

I specialize in custom orders. Please be aware that custom orders with photos, messages or special requests can take a while to prepare. Dependent on when I receive the photos and customization and YOUR APPROVAL of the mock up makes a difference on how quickly it can be made. Please message me if you have a deadline. In some cases if we do not hear back from a customer your order may be sent without photos.

There typically will be a care instructions page with your order but as a rule of thumb here is a list of how to care for your jewelry item: - take off jewelry prior to washing, showering, bathing or swimming - to keep jewelry near original color, never store in the bathroom or a humid environment. It is best to keep your jewelry in a jewelry box or air tight container. - polish with the appropriate jewelry cleaner depending on what your item is made of. Most of my jewelry is brass which darkens naturally over time. - Lockets sometimes need adjustment to close properly. Every order will usually be in a white organza bag or a box. The exception to this will be if we run out of packaging. (example: after a busy holiday period). Multiple jewelry items in one order may be condensed into one bag. If you are giving away multiple items to different people in the same order please let us know at the time of purchase and we can use multiple bags. *PLEASE NOTE: FOR PURCHASES BEING SHIPPED TO CANADA -Canada Post has strict measurement requirements for regular mail. We cannot box packaging or do gift wrap for free shipping orders in Canada. If your item(s) go over these measurement, there may be an extra charge because of size.

do you refund shipping or tariff charges to the USA?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping on your order. The actual shipping charge to the USA is the tariff we are required to pay prior to shipping. US customers are responsible for these costs and they are non-refundable.

Please note: The resin photo option may not be available from late November until after Christmas depending on the amount of orders we have in. If you see it available when you order then we are still offering the resin option.

This locket is the perfect choice for Mother's Day. It holds up to 4 photos and an option for resin photos or regular photos is available at checkout. (Resin is a poured plastic and when dry domes over the photo to protect it.)

The raw brass locket is folding and opens to reveal the four spaces. The front of the locket has been hand painted with blue birds, red flowers and green foliage. The patina jewel tone colors sit inside the embossed surface and stand out, but in a subtle way. The locket has been hand buffed to give a lovely matt glowing surface. This locket is strung on a quality brass rolo chain and matches very well with the locket. You choose your chain length at check out.

The locket is approximately 1" long and .70" wide and 1/4" thick.

PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS:

1. make sure your photos are clear
2. make sure your photos have room around the subject so they can be cropped (do not pre-crop your photos)
3. send your photos to us in a convo to seller (message- contact seller). Please be aware that Etsy only lets you attach 3 photos at a time so you may need to send more than one message.
4. This style of locket is best with 1 or two people close together in a photo. If group photos are given, we may have to place the photos in a horizontal direction.
5. A mock up will be done prior to being made for your approval. Watch your email and junk mail for a message with your mock up to approve. Your locket cannot be made until we get your approval. Please check your email junk folder as well as regular inbox.
6. Busy times of year like Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentines Day can take longer to process your customization. Please let us know if you have a deadline. Order early to avoid disappointment.
