Over a dozen flavors! Who doesn't need an easy and tasty 30 minute meal on a busy day? These one skillet wonder mixes are made for just such a day. Similar to the popular boxed beef and chicken "helper" mixes you see in the grocery store, my hand-crafted mixes have the advantage of containing no preservatives, fake powdered cheeses, or unpronounceable ingredients--better flavor and no weird stuff! Made fresh to order from real ingredients, these mixes are fast one pot meals you can feel good about feeding your family. Each Skillet Supper Mix will serve 4 as a main dish. I offer many flavors--with beef, chicken, and even smoked sausage, tuna, or shrimp!

*Cheeseburger Macaroni: Mix includes elbow macaroni, cornstarch, paprika, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, cayenne. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound ground beef, water, milk, Cheddar cheese.

*Chili Cheese: Mix includes penne pasta, cornstarch, chili powder, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, cayenne. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound ground beef, water, milk, Cheddar cheese.

*Cheesy Beef Taco: Mix includes rice, cornstarch, chili powder, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, cayenne. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound ground beef, water, milk, canned diced tomatoes, Cheddar cheese, Fritos or tortilla chips.

*Beef Stroganoff: Mix includes egg noodles, cornstarch, garlic, onion, parsley, seasoned salt, beef bouillon, sugar, black pepper. To complete mix, you'll need 2 cups shredded beef (or venison), water, milk, sour cream, and 8 oz canned or fresh mushrooms.

*Sriracha Chicken: Mix includes elbow macaroni, cornstarch, chili powder, sriracha powder, onion, garlic, salt, sugar. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound shredded roasted chicken, water, milk, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, Parmesan.

*Smoked BBQ Chicken: Mix includes elbow macaroni, dried black beans, cornstarch, chili powder, sriracha powder, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, hickory smoke flavor. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound roasted chicken, water, milk, your favorite BBQ sauce (1/2 cup), and sour cream.

*Chicken Pasta Primavera: Mix includes egg noodles, cornstarch, chicken bouillon, dried vegetables (carrots, onion, potatoes, peas, tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage), garlic, dill, salt, sugar, black pepper. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound shredded roasted chicken, water, milk, sour cream, Parmesan.

*Chicken Alfredo: Mix includes egg noodles, cornstarch, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, chicken bouillon, sugar, black pepper. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound roasted shredded chicken, water, milk, sour cream, Swiss cheese.

*Spicy Cajun Black Beans & Rice with Smoked Sausage: Mix includes rice, dried black beans, cornstarch, dried vegetables (carrots, onion, potatoes, tomato, celery, bell peppers, cabbage), garlic, seasoned salt, chicken bouillon, sugar, black pepper thyme, oregano, sriracha, cayenne pepper. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound sliced smoked sausage, water, milk, canned diced tomatoes, Cheddar cheese, sour cream.

*Beef Bolognese: Mix includes egg noodles, cornstarch, dried vegetables (carrots, onion, potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage), garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, beef bouillon, salt, sugar, black pepper, red pepper flakes. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound ground beef, water, milk, canned diced tomatoes, Parmesan.

*Cheesy Tuna Pasta: Mix includes macaroni, cornstarch, dried vegetables (carrots, onion, potatoes, peas, tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage), garlic, parsley, salt, sugar, black pepper. To complete mix, you'll need 2 cans 5-ounce tuna, water, milk, sour cream, Cheddar.

*Shrimp Alfredo: Mix includes egg noodles, cornstarch, garlic, parsley, seafood bouillon, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper. To complete mix, you'll need 1 pound small shrimp, water, milk, sour cream, Swiss cheese, Parmesan.
