Our production time is currently between 1-5 business days. Shipping time is separate and depends on where you are located. Delivery schedules do not include Saturdays/Sundays & Holidays. Business days are Monday to Friday. Large custom orders with multiple pieces, or unclear personalization instructions can cause delays. To prevent delays, please make sure to leave us complete personalization details in the notes during your check out. We will contact you via Etsy convo if we do not have all the information we need. If we do not hear back from you we will come up with a design.

Returns and Exchanges Part: (1/2)

We gladly accept returns within 30 days if we've made a mistake with your order. Please note that custom engraved items are final sale, as each piece is custom-made just for you and cannot be resold. *Contact us at "info@mymilliejewelry.com" to start your return process. 1. Have the package shipped back to us within 30 days of the first contact via email 2. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging 3. Include your order# for our reference 4. Send all returns and exchanges via USPS / Canada Post ONLY in North America 5. If you requested for a refund, the amount will be issued via Etsy upon inspection 6. Please kindly note, there is a 30% restocking fee, since all our pieces are made-to-order and customized.

We do not cover any shipping costs for returns unless we made a mistake. It will take us 2 weeks to process your return and 2-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please package it carefully to avoid any accidental damages during transit. If any items are damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Please ship the package back to us within 30 days for a free replacement. Shipping fees will still apply to returns. Returns are not accepted once it's been over 30 days past the delivery date.

Warranty • Repairs/Rework

We are happy to repair your piece(s) free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping fee to have the item(s) be sent back to us. We offer free shipping via Letter Mail for the repaired item(s) to be shipped back to you. If you would like tracking & insurance, standard shipping fees will apply normally. If it has been over 30 days, there will be a small fee for repairs. Shipping fees will not be included.

Will I have to pay customs or tariffs when my order arrives in the U.S.?

No. We ship with all duties prepaid (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see on Etsy is the final amount you pay. There will be no surprise fees at the time at the delivery. :)

Engraving Orientation?

For double sided pendants with two side holes, engravings are oriented to appear upright during normal wear and when flipped while worn. Requests for alternative orientation must be provided at checkout.
