Crafty American can customize anything in the shop. Any JPEG,PDF or SVG is required to use for our heat pressed vinyl work and/or sublimation printing process on all of our products. However we cannot recreate a custom logo so pictures of fire trucks, computer screens cannot be accepted to rebuild the logo in those pictures. If there is a custom design please feel free to reach out to us to discuss options.
