3. Add to cart and proceed to checkout

4. Proceed to checkout. If needed, let us know any additional information using the add a note option.

1.An Impression kit will be sent out to you when we receive your order

2. Scan and email or post back the impressions

3. Work will start on your order on receipt of useable prints

4. Your items will be dispatched within 5-7 working days

You may already have a print or prints that you would like us to use which you can email to us or post a photocopy. If you haven't or would like to take new prints, we'll send you our special print-taking kit which is mess free and completely safe.

TIMEFRAME: The impression kit is sent as soon as we receive your order. Once we have received an image of your hand/foot print it takes 5 -7 working days for your item to be dispatched.

International orders have a longer time frame due to postal services available.

Impression kits are sent 1st class delivery in the UK and standard international delivery. If you are in the UK you will receive a free 2nd Class returns envelope to return it to our studio.

All orders are dispatched 3 to 5 working days after usable moulds have been returned to the studio. Below are the services we use:

FREE UK Delivery are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery

UK Customers can upgrade to Royal Mail Special delivery Guaranteed next day by 1pm

International orders are dispatched using the Royal Mails overseas International 1st Class Delivery at £4.50, delivery is approximately 1 week to Europe and 2 weeks for the rest of the world.

We also offer an EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE that goes to the EU, USA and AUS. This service aims to deliver parcels to locations in the EU and USA in 1-2 days. Parcels going to AUS take 2-3 days
