Do you accept custom orders?

Sadly not. We work very closely with our Fair Trade communities to create all of our products. To try and make our process as sustainable and efficient as possible, we make each product in large quantities. For this reason, we do not accept individual bespoke orders for customers. We only have the products available as you see them advertised.

All our measurements are stated in the item details section. Please make sure you check the size and unit of measurement before placing an order. If you still aren't sure, send us a message. We are happy to help!

Anything I need to know about delivery?

All orders are sent within 1 working day, with tracking included. UK Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.95 or FREE over £30. Enter code FREEDEL30 at checkout. Next Day*: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or APC Overnight - £4.99 (order by 2pm) Saturday: Royal Mail Special Delivery - £9.95 (order by 2pm Friday) Postcode restrictions may apply. *Mon-Fri only, excluding bank holidays. International Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked – from £7.25 Rest of World: Royal Mail International Tracked – from £7.25 3-7 working days, excluding customs delays. Do you offer expedited delivery / delivery upgrades?

Yes! If you are within the UK, we offer optional Next Working Day and Saturday delivery. If you are not shipping the item to the UK, we ask that you contact us first to see if we can arrange expedited delivery. This means we can work out the best rates for you and if it's realistically possible, based on when you would like your item(s). Please do get in touch if you have any questions.

What's your return policy?

We are happy to offer our customers a 90 day return policy for any products (unless personalised) in its original condition with proof of purchase. We’ll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions explained on our Etsy storefront. By original condition we mean: - you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price. - you haven’t used the product. If you return the item(s) within 28 calendar days, we will provide a full refund which includes the delivery fee you paid. If you return the item(s) after 28 calendar days, we will refund you excluding the delivery fee you paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I track my order?

All of our orders are sent with a tracked service as standard for that extra peace of mind. You will receive a tracking link in your dispatch email. Alternatively, you can track your order via your Etsy account. If you’re unsure about the tracking information provided, and there isn’t a known disruption to the Royal Mail, APC or DPD service, please contact us.

Do you offer free UK delivery?

We currently offer free UK standard delivery on all orders over £30. Enter code FREEDEL30 at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free international shipping at this time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Sending as a gift? Everything we send comes in lovely recyclable packaging, with the option to add a gift note at checkout (printed on recycled, textured A6 card with our branding). Also, make sure you mark the order as a gift as this will remove the prices on our packing slip. We offer an in-house gift-wrapping service or you can purchase our beautiful handmade gift wrap and gift boxes to do this at home.

Delivery to USA - Customs Fees

From 29th August 2025, new US customs rules mean that all parcels entering the country are subject to import tariffs. These are based on where each product was made (not where it’s shipped from) and need to be paid before your order can leave the UK. Due to this, we've implemented a change to how we charge delivery on orders being shipped to America. From 29th September, tariffs and customs fees are already included in the delivery fee. This means you won’t face any extra charges upon arrival - what you see at checkout is the final price. We’ve taken care of the import costs so your order gets to you quickly and hassle-free. We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we adjust to these new requirements.

Our beautifully crafted personalised buffalo leather apron is the perfect BBQ accompaniment and an ideal gift for any aspiring grill master, an all-around great apron.

Great as a work apron, it also makes any crafter's, maker's or generally creative person's lives easier with two large handy pockets either side of the apron and a very useful pocket with pen loop on the front.

Our buffalo leather apron comes with two side pockets and one front pocket as well as leather ties to secure the apron. The leather is protected with natural oils to give it a lovely rich finish and make it hard-wearing.

As with any leather product, the apron is likely to be a little stiff at first, but after a breaking in period will soften and hang more comfortably.

Personalise your apron with your choice of initials or name to be embossed on the middle front pocket of the apron or on the bottom right of the apron.

Available in either gold, silver or blind debossed (no colour imprint). Please note that the use of the & symbol counts as a letter not a punctuation mark.

These fabulous leather aprons are handmade from genuine buffalo leather by skilled artisans in India. Using real leather means that you may find creases, small marks or blemishes on the apron and some small differences in colour from the one shown, this is the natural character of leather and we really like the unique quality it gives to each item.

Don't worry, we wouldn't send you an apron that we wouldn't love to own ourselves. The leather is protected with natural oils to give it a lovely rich finish and make it hard-wearing. Our leather aprons are intended to get even better with age; the leather will soften and the bumps and knocks they will get will mean more character.

The stamps we use are only uppercase letters in one typeface, and we have these punctuation .,’!?/- and special characters @&#+=♥★ÆŒ to choose from. Unfortunately, we do not have accents, colon, or semi colons stamps.
