If you are on your PHONE, you need go onto the internet and NOT through the Etsy app to to download your files. Click on your order, scroll down and you will see the "Download" button. After you download them, you may need to unzip them. Use the iZip app or one like it.

If you are on your COMPUTER, you can download files
1. by using the download button that appears right after payment
2. through the email you will receive (check your Junk folder)
3. or go to your Etsy account under Purchases and download from there

Yes, absolutely. There are 2 easy ways to do this.

• If you would like to make a t-shirt, use iron-on transfer paper. The paper is available from Amazon, Walmart, Michaels or any other craft store.

• Or, you can buy my file and go to www.zazzle.com to apply this design to a t-shirt, bag or other object. Go to zazzle.com, click “Create Your Own” tab and select the t-shirt, bag or other object you want it on. Upload this design and place your order. This is to be used for your personal use only. I do not allow reselling of my designs on print on demand sites.

Yes, you may use this design for small in-home commercial business use on PHYSICAL products such as t-shirts, bags or mugs. This digital file may NOT be resold in any way. You may NOT trade, share, transfer, alter or give this file away, reformat it for embroidery or upload the design to resell on print on demand sites.

Your computer has a setting that is automatically changing the SVG file you downloaded to HTML. You can change the setting so it stops doing that. Here is a 3 minute video I found that explains it.

MAC computers - just double-click on the folder with the zipper and then double-click to open the blue folder

WINDOWS 10 computers - Right click on the folder with the zipper, select "Extract All", then enter the location you want to send the files to and click "Extract".

PHONEs - you will need to get an app, like iZip, to unzip the files. Don't worry. It's easy to use. If you would like, I can email you the files unzipped, just send me a message.

Each of my files has the colors grouped together. Cricut separates pieces to save vinyl for you. Here's what you need to do to keep the colors together. Once you have the design uploaded in Cricut Design Space and on your canvas,

1. Select it.
2. Right click and select "Ungroup" from the drop down box.
3. Drag to separate the 3 color groups.
4. Click on each color group and select "Attach" on the lower right of Cricut Design Space. This will keep the pieces of color together for you and you can cut them.
