■ How to add a frame to your new painting

In each art listing you have the option to add a floater frame when you buy your painting. This listing is to learn all about my frames and to add a frame to your painting if you placed an art order and decide after to add a beautiful frame.

#1- Only available for paintings purchased with the "Stretched" option selected. In order for you to add a frame to your painting, please make sure you selected a "Stretched" painting only. Frames can not be ordered with "Unstretched" paintings that ship rolled in a tube.

#2 - From the "Size" drop down menu, choose the same size frame as your painting. For example, a 40"x60" stretched painting = a 40"x60" frame.

#3- From the "Frame Color" option drop down menu, choose your finish. Available colors - black, white, light maple, gold, silver, black & gold combo and black & silver combo. Then add to cart to check out.

~ My frames will ship with your artwork set, back-wired and ready to hang!

Floater frames are for clients that buy my artwork only. If you purchase a frame without a painting, I will refund you right away. I am not a frame shop/re-seller, I assemble these frames personally and they take hours of extra work per painting ~Thank you for your understanding.

~FRAMES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PAINTINGS PURCHASED WITH THE STRETCHED OPTION:
In order for you to add a frame to your painting, please make sure you selected a "Stretched" ready to hang painting only. Frames can not be ordered with "Unstretched" paintings that ship rolled in a tube. If a float frame is purchased with an unstretched painting, please don't worry I will reach out to you and refund you right away for the frame.

I do not profit from frame sales, you pay what I pay for the frames! I'm happy to offer this extra service as a thank you to my wonderful clients to help save the long wait times and high costs of a pricey frame shop. Also, not everyone can fit an XXL painting in their vehicle to get the artwork to and from their local frame shop. ~Once ordered, your frame takes about 7 to 10 business days for me to receive it. Depending on demand, typically with made to order and custom paintings your frame arrives about the same time as your painting is finished. Perfect timing for me to show you your new artwork framed!

■ DETAILED FRAME DESCRIPTION

• SIZE: A floater frame will add an additional INCH in size around your whole painting and the depths will depend on the size and color, they can range from 1.25" to 2.5".

• BLACK & WHITE FRAMES: are made with a High-Grade, Kiln-Dried Douglas Fir. These frames have a matte/satin finish and will keep their luster for a lifetime.

• MAPLE FRAMES: Are made out of unfinished maple. They have a gorgeous muted grain and are light in color.

• GOLD & SILVER FRAMES: Are made from High-Grade, Kiln-Dried Douglas Fir with a luminous metallic finish.

• BLACK/SILVER & BLACK/GOLD FRAMES: Are made from High-Grade, Kiln-Dried Douglas Fir. These frames have a satin black finish inside and out with metallic gold or silver face trim.

• FRAME DEPTHS VARY:
On 30"x40", 36"x36" and smaller paintings, the depth of the floater frame in black, white and maple are 1.5" deep. Metallic frames in this size will be 1.25" deep. For larger sized paintings the depth in the black, white and maple are 2.5" deep and metallic frames in this size will be 2" deep.

If you would like a deeper gallery frame than the 1.5" for your 30"x40", 36"x36" or smaller please contact me for help.

~ Should you frame your art? 90% of my wonderful clients choose to frame their new painting and love the option but it's truly a personal choice. When you select the painting size with the "Stretched" option your painting will come ready to hang. Stretched means your canvas is gallery wrapped on wooden pro artist stretcher bars with the staples on the back for clean sides. It arrives to your home back-wired and ready to hang. The frame is just a beautiful addition at an amazing price.

~ All of my frames are made in the USA and specially ordered to size. I personally assemble your frame, set the artwork and back-wire with care.
