Each of our items has its own processing time. As a small family farm business, sometimes delays do happen but we always do our very best to prevent this kind of thing! Please make sure to pay attention to processing times of the item you are wanting to purchase. The processing time is usually the latest an item will be sent, many times we try to get your order out way before the the full processing date! If you have questions - send us a message!

When you purchase from us, you are not supporting a millionaire CEO to buy another yacht, private jet, or another vacation home. Your are helping our family pay our bills, keep food on our table, and allow money to go back into our family and our small farm business to make things better day by day! You are greatly appreciated for supporting us and we will always do our best to serve you and get you what you need!

We send out the best trees/plants we have per order. We only send our plants in good health. Unfortunately, (even though we send all live plants with priority fast shipping) can take way to long to arrive to you. Plants can only survive so long in the mail (without sunlight and care) sometimes packages are not in good shape and trees get damaged in the mail as well.
We cannot file a claim to the post office for you. Please do not take this out on us or leave a bad review if this happens, it is out of our control. We know it is not your fault either. Please go online and you can file a claim for your items being damaged with the carrier. You will then get your money back from them for what you paid for the items.

Yes we have a website as of June 2020! Before we only had our main family farm website that covered many different things and who we are. Due to the increase of our small business we decided it was best for us to make a dedicated website solely for our laser engravings brand. Yes we will stay on Etsy & yes we will always remain Weaver Family Farms - because that is who we are!
