We ship any time, any where, any way :) If you order is a gift, I'm happy to include gift notes too if your purchase is to be shipped directly to a gift recipient. * I generally ship ASAP: within 1-3 business days of your order, though usually much sooner, and of course excluding weekends or postal holidays, or when we are away at a show. (I always let you know when there will be an unusual delay.) I do my best to get your orders out as quickly as I can for you.

I ship in sturdy shipping tubes so that your prints arrive safely and in mint condition, with delivery confirmation included for domestic US orders. If your order is for 10 or prints or posters, however, then I do ship flat and well protected.

Your Best & Correct Address Please!

Don't forget to double check your listed mailing address. If your address in your Etsy OR your PayPal profile is incorrect, please let me know ASAP and I will make sure that your order is shipped to your best & most recent address. If your PayPal and Etsy address do not match, I will ship your purchases to your ETSY invoice address as the default, provided at the time of purchase, unless you let me know otherwise. I totally just want you to get your stuff! ;-)

Info for: Domestic / US Based Customers

* Unless otherwise requested, I ship via USPS 1st Class (Priority upon request), typically and at least on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. * I will send you an email with your Tracking Number when I've shipped your order. * Upon request, I am always happy to do expedited shipping w/in the US via FedEx or USPS. Though larger orders may be a bit more, the general price quotes are: FedEx: 2Day shipping for $16-$20 FedEx: Express Saver shipping for $14-$17 USPS Express (Overnight to most areas) $30 Digital Downloads will be immediately available for you to download right away, simply follow the instructions in your confirmation email from Etsy. Downloads are not eligible for refunds or returns, due to the nature of digital products.

Info for: International (Non US) Customers

1) We love our international customers around the globe! I gladly ship anywhere in the world. 2) International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS). Although it is usually very reliable, I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave the US or are stuck in Customs before delivery. However if you would like an upgrade to Priority or Global International please inquire about the costs. I only charge for the actual postage, but be aware that the USPS pricing for my shipping tubes via Priority starts at $28 US. Digital Downloads are immediately available to download simply follow the instructions in your confirmation email from Etsy. Downloads are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Multiple Quantity Orders

If you are interested in a quantity of more than one of any of the items in my shop, or a bulk order (5 or more prints or posters, subject to a 10% or higher discount) please just let me know and I can create a custom listing for you.

Damaged Shipments & Returns

1) Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis and are available for goods which *arrive* damaged only. - If your print(s) arrives damaged, I will ask you to take a photograph and return it to me in the original packing if at all possible. Exchanges must be returned in their original, mint condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of arrival. Exchanges that are returned in damaged condition will not be honored. 2) Returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties. 3) All return shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 4) Downloads are not eligible for refunds or returns, due to the nature of digital products.

Designed, illustrated and printed by us here in our studio in Pittsburgh, PA.

Please note, this is a digital and giclee archival print (not a silkscreen print)
of an original illustration by strawberryluna. Each print is hand titled, signed, and sold unframed.
