Custom and personalized orders

ALL custom and personalized orders are made to order- thus we do not accept cancellations after 24 hours. If canceled prior to 24 hour window- we will require a restock fee of $5- 80% of product value (for customized orders). Returned packages indicating "Return to Sender"- will receive NO REFUND and be considered abandoned.

Terracotta pots and other items are for decorative use only and are NOT dishwasher or chemical safe. Please use mild soap and water with a soft cloth to clean as needed. Plants are precarious products- we do not assume responsibility for the health of plants beyond our care. We encourage our clients to learn about their plants before buying.

Plants & Other Perishables

Plants and perishable items are ALWAYS shipped PRIORITY INSURED. We are not able at this time to deliver locally. If you have any issues- you can message us to get photos of your plants before they shipped and info on how to pursue your insurance claim with USPS- we cannot file claims in the name of our clients.
