The items arrived appear to be a lot smaller than stated the quality of items I feel isn’t good reached out to seller via email expressed my concerns stated I wanted to to return the merchandise it wasn’t what was pictured her response was her return policy is listed on the site correct that’s true I stated I want to return items her response the same othe web site it says returns to contact seller at which I did twice. Her response has been the same poor quality product terrible customer service I will reach out to Etsy customer support for assistance

Hello there! I did try let you know twice, I do accept returns. I also was able to send you a photo with a micrometer measurement tool, showing that these are accurately portrayed in the listing. As for quality- this was never brought up in our conversation, simply that you did not think the description of the size was accurate. I did let you know twice that I do accept returns, if you have any other concerns that were not addressed I would be happy to discuss this- please contact me via Etsy conversation.
