If you have purchased wall art, then we dispatch your order with 1-3 days. *Personalised prints may take a day longer if we need anymore information from you. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. *We offer free delivery on all UK domestic orders! You can upgrade your delivery at checkout for express and tracked services. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. *Tracking information can be found in your dispatch email, You'll be able to track the parcels on the Royal Mail website. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your delivery address.

* If you would to use something other than lyrics, such as vows, a reading or a poem - please add a note in the "Any other personalisation box" & send us a message with your wording, or links for us to find them. *We are happy to send over proofs of your print prior to printing, add a note to let us know you'd like us to do this. At this time we don't offer proofs prior to an order being made, however we are happy to make multiple revisions once you order has been placed. *If you've submitted incorrect personalisation details, no worries it happens! Send us a message & we'll change them for you. *If there is colour or a personalisation you'd like that isn't listed or detailed on the listing let us know & we'll look into it for you.

*We create our digital downloads in the same way that we do our physical prints, please allow time for these to be designed and sent over to you. *If you would like a certain size (e.g - US Picture size) thats not a problem, send us your requested print size when ordering. *If you would like to make any changes to a file after you've received it thats not a problem just send us a message and we'll make up to 3 changes for you. *Please note we are a UK based seller, our time zone may differ to yours. As soon as we can create and send the file over to you we will - Thank you for your patience.
