What is your jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is handmade in sterling silver, 18k gold plated silver and rose gold plated silver. Many of our pieces are embellished with semi-precious gemstones. Details of the materials and/or gemstones used in each piece should be available in the description section of each listing.

Will I receive the exact item that is photographed?

Our jewellery is handmade and we use natural gemstones. The item you receive will have been individually crafted and so may not be identical to the piece photographed. We endeavour to accurately photograph and describe each style, but please note that there are natural variations and colours may appear differently on different screens or monitors. For some styles, we individually photograph each piece, allowing you to choose and purchase the exact item as available.

How do I care for my jewellery?

• To protect and prolong the life of your jewellery, please avoid wearing it to shower, swim, exercise etc. • Avoid prolonged contact with water and perfumes, creams, hairsprays or other chemicals, which can cause silver and gold plating to tarnish and discolour. • Store your jewellery in an air tight bag or container, out of direct light, when not being worn. • Silver jewellery can tarnish over time, and can be polished gently using a silver polishing cloth. Gold plated jewellery can be rubbed gently with a non-abrasive, lint free cloth.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

We send all orders in either cotton pouches or our eco gift boxes. If you are sending as a gift and would like to include a message to the recipient, add the text you would like in the gift message section at checkout. We don’t include printed order receipts as standard.

Do your earrings come with backs?

Our stud earrings come with either silver or gold vermeil butterflies. Our drop earrings do not come with earring backs as standard, but we are happy to include rubber stoppers if you request this when purchasing.
