I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from this seller who was very friendly, helpful and welcoming,on my first Etsy transaction.Unfortunately a number of things went wrong.Items took too long to arrive,one sandal had a noticeable cut,and they were too small due to a miscommunication on sizes.The delay,and cut, were due to Customs and not the seller.The seller also offered an exchange. Etsy kindly issued a refund,and I have returned sandals even if not required to do so. These issues aside,the sandals were of the VERY HIGHEST QUALITY,thick strong leather and EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP. So impressed was I by the quality of the items that it hasn’t stopped me looking to reorder from this seller-hopefully the right size this time.I would still highly recommend this seller despite the issues-he is top notch,and seeks his customer’s happiness.

The sandals are nice but there are only two eyelets on back strap and they run at least a size and a half bigger I ordered a 10 and the sole measured 11 and a half which was good but the back strap needed to be adjusted so I added my own holes but they wont stay strapped.over all the sandel looks good maybe change the eyelid style.as for mine I probably can't return them because I added the extra holes that don't work.

The sandals are excellent both in quality and design. The proprietor's customer service and communication were well beyond expectation. I do nearly all of my shopping online so I'm familiar with the spectrum of quality & service, both of which tend to disappoint. That was definitely not the case with Grecorium. And the shipping was super fast because they don't use the national carrier, which in Canada's case would result in me getting the product months late, or never. Grecorium got everything right! Amazing.
