Custom and personalised orders

As all of my orders are handmade I am able to accept custom orders. It is your responsibility to ensure all spelling is correct I can not be held responsible for any mistakes made. Where possible stock permitting I will do my upmost to make your order to your exact specification. Please note that as Items are handmade there may be slight variations to the embellishments used.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders can be gift wrapped and accompanied by a matching gift tag. Please select the option within the order screen.

Wholesale availability

As a small business I can take on some larger orders but would need to be contacted for availability first.

Weight Loss Plaques Hearts are painted with chalkboard paint. A damp cloth will fully remove the chalk and will not have any effect on the heart itself. I would advise using chalk pens as they have been known to stain.

How Long will my order take

Each item has an individual handle time, please refer to your order for an estimated shipping date. Where possible I may have your order with you sooner than that date.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. To help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, I kindly ask that you provide the following: Clear photos of the damaged item. Photos of the packaging (including the outer packaging) This information is essential for me to raise a claim with Royal Mail or the courier service. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, it becomes much more difficult to process a claim or offer assistance. Replacements & Refunds Depending on the nature of the damage, I’ll offer either: A replacement, shipped at no additional cost Or a full refund If a refund is required: The damaged item must be returned to me before a refund can be issued.

Once posted I will attach your tracking reference I would advise any buyer from the USA to click on the tracking reference and add their mobile number to the USPS website. Select text updates that way you will be notified on the whereabouts of your order. If you are not home to sign for your parcel when USPS try to deliver they "should" leave a calling card for you to contact them and arrange redelivery. This can also be done on their website. You then have 21 days to arrange this before the item is returned to me. If this happens you would be liable to pay the postage on your item again for me to resend. I have no involvement in what USPS do and if they do not leave a card you will need to log a complain with them.

I accept returns on change of mind purchases on non personalised/custom items. You must notify me within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've told me. Buyer pays the return postage. As long as the item is returned to me in the same condition it left me, I will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Never miss an outfit again, these dividers give you the ability organise all of the clothes into months. It's so easy to lose track of baby clothes and before you know it they've outgrown an unworn outfit. These lightweight card dividers will help you avoid that. They are perfect for New Mums and are great for those who like to be organised. They make a fab baby shower gift too! they can be gift wrapped in matching wrap when gift wrap option is purchased at checkout.

Each cute divider is printed onto 400gsm card making them light weight and won't take up too much room in the wardrobe/closet. Leaving more space for the little ones clothes. I have customers who have reused these for future babies and also passed them on to friends to use. Heavy Handling is not recommend as with any card product you will cause damage.
I am unable to make any changes to the animals used. They will be as seen in the photos.
