During periods of large volume, orders will be shipped based on EVENT DATE. Please list your EVENT DATE in the order notes, during purchase. This does NOT guarantee that the order will be shipped earlier.

Please keep in mind USPS transit times are taking longer due to the pandemic & weather conditions across the US. This applies to both standard shipping & Priority Mail shipping. I cannot guarantee delivery dates and recommend ordering well in advance of the event date. Upgrading to Priority Mail will ensure a timelier delivery, but delivery dates are still not guaranteed.

I do not accept returns for any order. Once an order has shipped, the sale is final. All orders are handmade to order for that specific purchase and I do not relist any items for sale. Yes. For most orders I can accommodate color revisions. Please inquire with your specific needs. I have cardstock color charts that can be e-mailed for reference. Some printed items can not be revised, so please double check!

Due to my processing time (10 business days), I usually don't accept rush orders. However, if you live near CA, or if I'm not experiencing a high volume of orders, I may be able to accommodate shipping sooner than 2 weeks. Please be sure to inquire BEFORE purchase if you need an order within 2 weeks. Delivery dates will not be guaranteed. I can only guarantee ship dates.
