By the fire is as it sounds, the smell of a lovely open fire with hints of warm spices. It feels very Autumn, I have tweaked this to add a touch more smokiness! So if you love the original let me know :) This candle is 100% soy wax with in a 4oz tin with a lid. I only use high quality fragrances and each candle is hand poured usually to order. Does what it says on the tin! This is a beautiful candle and exactly what I was looking for, I will be buying again and looking at the other scents! I encourage others to do the same as this is genuinely an excellent product. Just wish it was a bit bigger, not a hassle though!

Yes this absolutely smells like a cozy fireplace! Loved it. These candles are divine, we used them for a holiday so we could associate the gorgeous smells to our time away. Will definitely buy again
