Exchange and Returns -- Policies

We work very hard to package your items so they arrive safely! If your item arrives damaged, please contact The Sinclair Company within 1 day of the item arriving to make arrangements on issuing a replacement. We accept exchanges on items in original and unused condition, as long as they are returned with their original packaging. They must be postmarked for return within 7 days of their original delivery date. We do not accept returns. Likewise, all Custom / Personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please contact us if you are exchanging an order. We will contact you for the payment of the new item's shipping costs, as soon as we have received the item back in accordance to our exchange policies.
