Refunds/Cancellations

Once a file has been downloaded, it is not eligible for a refund/cancellation, but don't hesitate to contact me if there is an issue with your order.

Can you customize the SVG for me?

I can create custom svg's, but you need to contact me for a custom order and there is an additional charge.

Can I use the design for my business?

SVG's can be used for personal use and for items created for your small business (including your Etsy store). No mass produced items. No reselling of the SVG file.

When I try to print the SVG, it comes up as an outline, what do I do?

My SVG files are not designed as a printable. They are created for machines like the silhouette & the cricut. You need to be running software that has the capabilities to open an SVG. Some listings do contain jpg and or png files for printing. Please be sure to check EACH listing to see if the file type needed is included. SVG files will NOT open in the free (basic) version of silhouette studio. You must be running an upgraded version.

I’m using Cricut and the design is blank

Please make sure that you are adding the design to the canvas. In the preview screen (after uploading) the file may appear very faint or even blank. But please go ahead and continue to select and to add to canvas to view the file.

I’m using basic silhouette and the file won’t open

Correct, the free version won’t open outside purchased SVG files at this time. If you’ve already made the purchase, I can send you a compatible file type.

Upon purchasing and after your payment clears, you can download your file. A link will be emailed to you as well. You can also access the files from your account/purchases.

You will receive:

1 SVG File. The program you are using MUST be able to open SVG files in order for you to use the design. (This file will not work with the basic (free) version of Silhouette Studio. You must be running an upgraded version). Please make sure that you have the capability to open SVG files BEFORE purchasing.

1 JPG File sized to 8x10 for quick and easy at home printing.

1 PNG File.

*Can be used for personal use or small business.

Some designs may contain multiple files that you may download. Please make sure that when uploading to your cutting software, you select the correct file (SVG).

If a glitter jpg or png is included, this file is for printing or designing purposes. The glitter png/jpg is NOT for cutting. Please read each description to know which files are included with each design.

If you are using Cricut Design Space

The SVG may appear very faint or blank while in the UPLOAD screen. PLEASE proceed to ADD FILE TO CANVAS in order to view it properly.
If the file is showing as an internet file, open your software first. Then open/upload the file from within your software.

Using files to sell on POD (print on demand) is not allowed.
Small business use is allowed (creating handmade physical products with the SVG files like shirts, cake toppers, etc).

If you are using a mobile device or tablet, downloading to files, dropbox, or similar file software is advisable.

There are NO refunds on files that have been downloaded. All files are tested prior to being listed in my shop. If you are having issues, please follow the directions for downloading & the directions for uploading, as well as making sure that you have compatible software.
