How to personalise a TeHe product on Etsy?

There are many products that are available for personalisation in the TeHe Etsy store, whether that is with initials or names. These will be clearly stated on the listing, but if your desired product is one that is to be customized then it is really simple to do so. Upon checkout you will find an ‘Add Notes To Seller’ text box, all you need to do is to type the initials or name of the personalisation and leave the rest to us. We will make sure that your product is made to order in our studio and shipped out with immediate effect.

Your TeHe store is in the UK, how long will my order take to arrive?

Yes, we are based in our small family run studio in Manchester, United Kingdom and we post out items everyday Monday to Friday. All orders inland go out via Royal Mail 48 with UK customers receiving their items 1-3 days after ordering. International orders are most welcomed, these are sent via Royal Mail Priority and unfortunately do not come with any tracking information, but they are very good at getting to their destinations quickly. Those ordering from within Europe should expect between 3-10 business days before arrival, 7-12 business days to the USA and for those ordering over in Australia, will be 7-20 business days. These are only estimates from the Royal Mail in the UK, many items that are shipped out from us do get there quicker

TEHE MUG DESCRIPTION

All of the mugs ordered from TeHe Gifts are 10 ounces (311 grams) and are made from high standard ceramic. As soon as you've paid for your item from TeHe Gifts on Etsy, we will go to work on making up your order.

Mugs from TeHe are microwave and dishwasher safe for up to 1000 washes.

POSTAGE

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 post from Manchester, United Kingdom. All orders will be dispatched on either the same, or very next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We love knowing that TeHe Gifts are being sent all over the world, and we offer international shipments with Royal Mail from the UK. We ship to every worldwide country and shipping times do differ to different locations, please allow extra time during the festive period. International orders are sent via Royal Mail Priority and unfortunately do not have tracking facilities.
