We have garment size guides on all of our listings. All you’ll need is a tape measure to figure out your size, just measure a shirt that you own and refer to the measurement table for the perfect fit. Remember to measure the shirt not yourself. Please note that we don’t specify kids sizes by age due to the fact that all kids are different shapes and sizes. Also we don’t list ladies sizes due to vanity sizing being different from brand to brand.

How long does delivery take?

The lead times vary depending on your location and the postal service you choose. But you can see estimated delivery dates on the listing in the postage and payments section :) I would recommend against going for the free postage service if you need your order by a specific date! Please don't pressure us into delivering faster than advertised.

How do I order a custom item?

1. Purchase the amount you'd like using the drop down menu on the listing. 2. Please send your artwork or design requirements to us via Etsy messaging straight after purchase. 3. We'll send a design for you to check and once you approve the design we'll ship your order.

Can you print my image?

We can print your own images on to our custom printed image products, no copyrighted materials please. If an etsy user sends us copyrighted materials we will ask for proof of usage, without this we will be require to cancel your order and report the request to the relevant parties.

I haven't received my order

Please check your etsy messages prior to making contact as if you may have a message asking that you approve a design. As most of our items are personalised the design needs to be approved by the customer prior to printing. Not approving the design or replying to our messages will result in the order being put on hold.

I'd like a personalised quote

For a personalised quote please send us the below information: • The name of the product you'd like • Quantity of items • A copy of the design if possible • The number of designs you have and if they are ready to print with bleed • The delivery postcode/country • The date you'd like your order to arrive before We can only send a quote if we have all of the above information, all of our listings already include prices.

How many designs can you print per order?

We offer one design per order, for multiple designs or names please select separate quantities and add them to your basket before checking out.

Are your keyrings a double sided print?

Yes we print on both sides of our keyrings, you can have the same image or a different design on each side.
