Custom and personalised orders

Our t-shirts are a unisex style. Ladies, ordering your normal size will give you a loose fit. Ordering one size smaller will be fitted. Men, order your normal size. When in doubt, use the measurements below or the chart provided in our listing photos. TIP: Find your favourite t-shirt and lay it flat. Measure from armpit to armpit for chest measurement and from the top of the collar to the bottom of the shirt to find the length. XS - 16.5 chest and 27 length S - 18 chest and 28 length M - 20 chest and 29 length L - 22 chest and 30 length XL - 24 chest and 31 length

My items arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your mug arrives broken or damaged, send us a message with a picture of the broken goods and shipping box, and a replacement mug will be sent out.

I haven't received my order, help!

If you have not received your order within 15 business days of the ship date, send us a message and we will investigate for you.

I received the wrong items, what do I do?

Whoopsie! If you received the wrong items, send us a message and we will send out the correct items as quickly as possible.

Where are your products made?

Our base products (t-shirts, mugs, mouse pads) are purchased wholesale. Designing, printing/pressing, packaging and shipping is completed by me in my studio. I do not use print on demand or 3rd party printing. If you have any questions about this process, feel fee to message me though Etsy messages.

• U.S orders are shipped either First Class or Priority using USPS from Niagara Falls, New York and will take 2-8 business days depending where you live.
• Canadian orders are shipped Expedited using Canada Post and will take 2-8 business days depending where you live.
• All other international orders are shipped from Niagara Falls, New York and will take 2 – 3 weeks.
All orders come with a tracking number.
