All International shipments are sent via Royal Mail Standard. This is not a tracked service. There is the option to upgrade to 'Tracked' at checkout

- Jewellery must be in original condition, unused and undamaged.
- We will only refund the price of the item. shipping costs and any others fees are non refundable.
- The buyer is responsible for the returns and exchange shipping cost.
- All returns must be sent back Signed For in the UK and via a Tracked Service if you are abroad.
- If your parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered or wasn't collected, we will issue you with a refund for the item price only (excluding shipping costs or any other fees) or we can resend it to you at an additional cost.
- Please ensure you have a proof of postage & sufficient insurance to if returning a parcel as we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.

-Please store your sterling silver jewellery inside the small plastic sealed bag we provide and place the anti tarnish tab inside it as well in order to prevent tarnishing.

- Store your in a dry and clean room, without excess moisture.

- Please avoid wearing lotions/creams/perfumes near your sterling silver jewellery as the chemicals in these can cause sterling silver jewellery to tarnish.

-Please don't allow your sterling silver jewellery to come into contact with water, for example in the shower.

-To keep your jewellery looking its best, gently polish after each day of wearing with a soft, lint free cloth.

- Please remove your jewellery before sleeping.

All of our items come with a white gift box and satin dusky pink ribbon for you to use to gift the pieces.

IMPORTANT
- Our jewellery is not suitable for children due to small parts and potential choking hazards.

- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur from wearing or using your jewellery.

- If you wish to exchange a necklace for a different length/size, we will only be able to do this as long as the original necklace is returned in its original condition, hasn't been worn, undamaged and is in its original packaging (including satin gift bag). I will include some of the info from our Shop Policies regarding Returns information

- The buyer is responsible for the postage cost to return the original necklace back to us and is also responsible for the postage cost to get the new necklace delivered to them.
