(Each bar is cut by hand and so sizes/shapes can vary)

Refreshing and uplifting with Lemongrass and Grapefruit essential oils with the addition of Sea Salt this creates a soap bar which is mild and non-irritating, creating a luxurious creamy lather leaving your skin smooth, clean and softer than ever.

Useful for oily and mature skin, but mild enough for everyday use.

Note: Salt soap bars can sweat in humid conditions, this is a sign of a quality handmade soap where the glycerin (which is formed naturally) is pulling in moisture from the air, we therefore wrap both sizes of these bars in wax paper.

All of the hand washing and hand sanitising can dry out your hands leaving them feeling rough and irritated. With our super creamy goats milk soaps it will leave your skin feeling soft and moisturised, ideal for those with dry or sensitive skin

Every stage of the soap making process is done by myself (if I say 'our' I mean me and the goats!!), from milking the goats by hand twice a day and making sure they are all happy and healthy! to then making, cutting and stamping the soaps, designing the packaging (all of the watercolour Illustrations and logo etc have been done by myself). So when I say these are 'Handmade' soaps, they really are from Goat to Soap!

Our soaps are all handmade in small batches using the Cold Process Method which retains all the benefits of the raw ingredients. We use a blend of premium plant oils, nut butters and our own creamy raw goats’ milk packed with vitamins & minerals which help to nourish, moisturise and leave your skin feeling beautifully soft.

CARING FOR YOUR SOAP
Handmade soaps naturally have a high glycerin content, which is great for your skin, but it also means that the soap needs to dry out between uses. If left in standing water, the soap will break down quickly and become mushy. To extend the life of your handcrafted soap, store somewhere to dry out between uses, place it in a well-draining soap dish or rack.

A FEW FAQ's
Q. Do goats milk soaps have a goaty smell?
A. Rest assured, our Goats Milk soaps do not smell goaty! Our unscented soaps smell fresh and clean and our scented soaps have their own individual delicate aroma.

Q. Why should I use goats milk soap?
A. Because of the nutrients contained in goat’s milk it has been used throughout the ages in many skincare products. Goat’s milk is full of vitamins, minerals, proteins and fatty acids which are great for the skin. Goats milk also has a pH very close to our skin.

Q. Why use handmade natural goat milk soap instead of commercial shop bought soap?
A. Commercial soaps are mostly full of harsh detergents and chemicals that strip away your skins natural oils, often leaving you with dry, itchy, irritated skin. In the handmade cold process soap making method which we use, glycerin is naturally produced. Glycerin is very beneficial in keeping your skin moisturised and healthy. In the commercial soap making process the glycerin is extracted, this is another reason commercial soaps leave your skin so dry. Our goats’ milk soap with it’s naturally occurring glycerin will leave your skin soft and moisturised.

Q. What do you use to scent your soaps?
A. We use high quality pure essential oils that are derived exclusively from plant materials. We do not use fragrance oils (synthetically made). As well as our scented soaps we also make two unscented soaps, a plain unscented bar and a unscented Honey & Oats bar.

Q. What do you use to colour your soaps?
A. We use natural clays and botanicals such as Alkanet root and pink and green clays.

Q. Have your soaps been tested?
A. All of our soap recipes have been tested and approved by a qualified Cosmetic Safety Assessor and we hold a Cosmetic Product Safety Report which is in compliance with the current EU Cosmetics Regulation No1223/2009.
