Orders shipped via the standard shipping option are sent as USPS First Class Mail and come with a tracking number - they typically arrive 3-5 business days once shipped. Priority Mail (delivery in 1-3 business days) and Priority Mail Express (delivery in 1-2 business days) upgrades can be purchased at checkout.

You will receive a proof of the illustration through your Etsy messages. If I don't hear back from you about the proof, this can delay your shipping schedule. If I don't hear back from you within a few days, I will have to send the print without proof approval.

The purpose of the proof is to make sure I got all of your requests done correctly. If you are wanting to make changes to those requests after seeing the proof, like changing someone's outfit/rearranging figures, that is fine, but it will likely result in your shipping schedule being delayed because of the time it will take me to make those changes. Changes that need to be made as a result of me getting your original requests wrong take priority in my work flow and will not result in the same shipping delays. While adjustments can be made, orders cannot be cancelled after proof is sent.

Digital File Process: After you approve your proof via the Etsy messaging system, you will receive a Dropbox link where you can download the high quality version of the image in both PDF and JPEG format. Please indicate what size you are going to print the image as so it can be formatted into those dimensions. Nothing physical is shipped with the digital file option - you may receive an automated Etsy message about shipping but please disregard.

Because many of our products are custom, communication is essential for getting your order done. We do all of our communication through the Etsy messaging system - please don't email as it is likely we will miss your message. If we have a question about your order and can't get in contact with you after multiple attempts, we will have to cancel the order.
