I purchased these for my bachelorette party to give to my friends as a gift bag. Completion and shipping was fast, but i was disappointed with the look of the bag that had my own name on it. My name is spelled with a "p" and it just doesn't look right and is hard to read. I tried contacting the shop but they didn't care to fix it. that's just how they stitch the letter "p" i was told, but if it's hand stiched i'm surprised they can't close the gap. I wasn't impressed with the customer service i received, but overall they are a cute gift and seem well made.
