This lovely mermaid pendant is an original piece designed and cast in NYC. It is a Blue Bayer Design exclusive. She is an inch and a half in length. She hangs from a free swinging bail on an 24 inch gunmetal chain. You may request another length if you like i the message to the seller as you check out.
I cast her in purified recycled bronze sourced from a 100% green metal company. I oxidized this piece black by hand. It brings the details out nicely.

Specs: 1 inch long .5 inch wide.

This piece is a collaboration with my life long friend, fellow sculptor and special effects master Jason Bakutis. Jason was the guy who taught me how to make my first mold on a crow skull in an RV in Florida. We have a lot of road miles together.
The mermaid is done in a flowing Art Nouveau style. She is holding a sailor's skull. I have to say after having a look at what is available in mermaid jewelry this one sets a new mark.

Recently there have been a series of mermaid sightings in Israel and South Africa. They seem fairly credible to me.
As with all my pieces, this one comes gift boxed and carefully packed.

Absolutely gorgeous three dimensional bronze mermaid pendant! I searched all over the internet, and all I found were cheesy or lacking in detail. This one is amazing in its grace and minute detail. Up close you can see the skull in her hand and her tiny slanted eyes, and the overall impression is that her hair and tail are rippling in the water. I am very pleased with the communication before purchasing, add I wanted a longer necklace, the shipping time was excellent, and the packaging was well done. It arrived in a small jewellery box with padding and tissue paper, with a personal note on a business postcard, enclosed in a bubble envelope mailer. Well done! And well worth the money for such an amazing piece. This is more art than common jewellery.

I absolutely LOVE this mermaid!!! The skull she is carrying in her right hand just tops it all off!! This is my third piece of artwork I have gotten from you. She joins The Eye of Protection necklace and the Anatomically correct Pan necklace. I never know which one I want to wear because I love all three! Thank you for making such beautiful and unique pieces of art to wear!
