We package and ship our products as safely as possible, Please handle with care when unpacking them, as we want to ensure you love your order. We want to ensure that you love your order! If you are unhappy for any reason, please message us so we can work out a resolution.

If you selected a trackable method tracking numbers are emailed to you through Etsy once your order has shipped. If you package gets lost in transit or is marked as “Delivered” per tracking but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office to resolve this issue. We are not held liable for errors made by the United States Postal Service or Canada Post.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All of the items in the shop are made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, or give refunds on any of our items. Please read the listings carefully so you are aware of the processing times, materials, size, colors, etc. and message us with any questions before placing your order. We do not issue any refunds for orders not received on time, lost in transit, or delayed.

Please send us photos of any damaged items and the shipping materials within 24 hours of USPS or Canada Post delivery. We will work with you to find the best solution!

If you need your items by a certain date, please message us before purchasing to ensure we are able to have your order processed and shipped. We will provide you with a ship by date, but cannot guarantee the delivery date, as this falls on the Postal service. Refunds cannot be given to orders that are not delivered by a specific date. Once the package is given to the currier, delivery times become their responsibility.

Unless otherwise explicitly noted and confirmed, we will ship your package to the address exactly as it is provided in the “Shipping Address” field (please be sure to include full names/company names/suite number/apartment/etc). If an item is returned or marked as undeliverable even though the exact address provided was used, we assume no liability and will not be able to refund the order. Arrangements can be made to resend an order at the customer’s expense.

Art prints are sent inside a rigid mailer envelope or rigid shipping tube.

PACKAGING:
— I try to ship art prints flat whenever it is safely possible.
— Sizes larger than 11x17" are carefully rolled up with tissue paper, and shipped in a heavy duty mailing tube/corrugated mailer.
