I was disappointed because I have placed several orders and this fabric is absolutely incredible! Our CHD ribbons have always been so vibrant even when stretched for bows. This previous order came from the new factory in the USA and it was very dull in color and when stretched it looked faded and not good at all. I still absolutely love this seller! Im hoping it was just bad luck and my next order will be as beautiful and vibrant as it was before the new facility opened.
