We ordered a beige Kilim rug expecting it to be beige and the color was more beige/pink. Malak was extremely responsive and offered us an array of other color options to replace the rug we received. He sent us the new color option and we couldn't be happier with it! Can't recommend these rugs enough, they are high quality that will definitely last for a long time! 10/10 customer service 10/10 shipping time 10/10 quality of rug

The quality of the rug is great, but the best thing was the customer service. I messaged them directly to get a custom size and they responded quickly and we worked out the dims together. Shipped super quick but was held in customs for a while. Not the shop's fault.
