It is up to YOU to be SURE of your size/your child's size in Converse before ordering. If you decide to change the shoe color or shoe size AFTER ordering, there's a $10 change fee. Of course, provided I haven't started them yet. I don't accept cancellations under any circumstances. If a package is returned to me for ANY reason, NSN (no such number), no secure location, no longer at this address, ANY reason, you will be the one paying for me to re-ship it to you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not gift wrap. If you want a gift message be sure to add it to the gift message box, NOT the "notes to seller" box, it will not be included if you don't put it in the correct place.

Converse shoes run big, especially low tops. I try to add as many details and size charts as I can but nothing beats going to a store that sells Converse and getting your perfect size before you invest a good chunk of change in them.

These are genuine Converse brand shoes. Every size in these are hard bottoms/rubber soles. There is a size chart in the listing photos for your to consult prior to purchasing. During check out you can put a name in the box provided for me to put on the shoes or you can put "no name" in that box if you prefer to not have the shoes personalized. Walker and toddler mean the same thing as far as sizing goes, so if it says "7 walker" that means 7 toddler. Choose black, silver, or gold Minnie head during check out. Her name on one in glittery white with Minnie on the other wearing a pink bow. The laces are pink with white polka dots and there are adorable little bows on the backs of the shoes.
