We love to personalize but we do not customize. If you have a question about making a personalized order, shoot us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Also keep in mind there are additional charges for customizing.

Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we cannot accept returns on custom threads. Please ensure you have reviewed the size charts and reach out if you have any questions or concerns about sizing or colors.

We do not digitize and stitch logos at this time :(

Typically lead times are between 1-3 weeks (except during holidays) on personalized orders and times may vary. This does not include shipping time. Non-personalized orders process between 5-7 business days. This also does not include shipping time. Check your purchase confirmation email for processing time and estimated shipping dates.

We respond to messages Monday - Saturday 7AM - 7PM EST. Please allow 24-48hrs for a general inquiry response and know the culture of immediacy and constant fragmentation of time are not compatible with our values. We will however respond as quick as possible to any order issues and value you as a customer.
