These items ship internationally from Europe. Nothing objectively wrong with that as I have successfully ordered many things internationally. However, this vendor does not provide tracking information, and if your product is late, the vendor seems unwilling to rectify the situation. I was told to wait 2 months to see if my package came even thought she originally said it should take around 3 weeks. This was supposed to be a gift for my cousin with cancer. I have still not received anything and was not responded to when I told the vendor I was disputing the charge on my card because she does not to refunds. Would recommend steering clear if you’re shipping to the States.

hi. your order has paid €9 euro which is a standard shipping cost without any code otherwise it's cost €20 for a package has t&t code. And I have shipped it on time !!unfortunately I don't understand why only your package has not arrived still. I have shipped so many packages to America as well and they're are successfully received by buyer within the delivery date without any problems. And I have see that you have already disputed the order before so that mean order has confirmed to be lost and refunded. So what else I can do for you actually ? I'm disappointed as customer when my work that I spent for many hours to finished has lost without any reason.
