PROCESSING + SHIPPING

Current processing times can be found in the Shop Announcements section at the top of this page. This is the time it takes to make your order - from the date it is ordered to the date it ships. (Holidays observed by USPS are not business days) Delivery timeframes displayed are estimates by USPS and depend on the method you choose at checkout. First Class Shipping can take up to 7 days transit after item has been given to USPS. I can only guarantee my processing time. USPS LOST MY PACKAGE/MY ITEM SAYS 'DELIVERED' BUT NOT IN MY MAILBOX/ USPS DELAYED MY SHIPPING

Once your order is in the hands of USPS, Heart + Arrow is no longer responsible for the item. Any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen items are NOT refundable or exchangeable. If you cannot locate your item, please call your local post office with your tracking number that was provided in your shipping notification email. If after 7 business days, your package has not yet arrived, submit a Search Request with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Unfortunately, lost or delayed mail happens and as frustrating as it is, it is completely out of my control. As much as I wish I could, I am unable to assist in finding mail as I do not work with or have any special access with USPS.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a $5 per item restock fee. Cancellation not eligible for completed orders. Returns + exchanges are not accepted. Size charts and material information are available in the image galleries and item descriptions for each and every item. Proper care of your shirt is vital for longer wear. It is up to you to follow the care instructions on the care card provided in your order. I do not provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been washed. H+A takes pride in the quality of our work. If an error was made on my part, please message me to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.

CAN YOU SELL ME YOUR DESIGN AS AN SVG OR PHOTO?

No. In order to protect my intellectual property, I do not sell anyone my designs or photos for commercial or personal use. I also will not disclose any fonts so that you may duplicate my designs. I take great pride in my original work and with the amount of imitators on the web, I will not compromise my business.
