Shipping & Delivery times

I send all orders by first class Royal Mail post. Delivery by 1st class post normally takes 1-2 days. Packages are shipped to the address printed on your receipt. The buyer is responsible for assuring that the address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, etc. a refund will only be given for the item(s), not for the postage.

Lost or delayed packages

I have no control of your package once it is in the Royal Mail Postal system, and at times there are delays in delivery. The Royal Mail does not consider a package lost until 11 days have elapsed after the posting date: Sometimes there are delays because of the volume of mail at busy times, but in my experience it is very rare for packages to be lost. REFUNDS or RESHIPPING for lost or delayed packages will only be given once the times given above have passed. You may be asked to complete a form for the insurance claim: your assistance in completing this paperwork if necessary is appreciated.

Refunds & replacements will only be processed once I have received the item(s) back from the buyer. Items must be in original, unused condition. Regardless of whether the goods you buy are faulty or not, you as the buyer have a 14-day (from point of receiving the goods) no questions asked cancellation & return option. (This returns policy does not apply to any custom-made orders.) The item should be replaced in its original box or other sturdy packaging and returned to me within 21 days of receipt. Please request a free proof of postage from the post office and send it back via standard mail, ensuring that the correct postage is paid. If you are an International customer and have a customs form to fill in, please mark the value as nil.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come presented in an organza pouch and tucked inside a little recycled card box tied with washi tape and ribbon, so they are ready to give as a gift. I am happy to enclose a personal message to the recipient if required - just let me know in the 'Note to Seller' option at checkout. I send all orders in bubble envelopes to ensure they reach you safely.

Sterling silver and silver plated jewellery may tarnish - or blacken - over time. This is a normal reaction of silver when exposed to the air. In order to help prevent this, please store your jewellery where possible in its original box with its anti-tarnish insert, and clean it carefully from time to time using a soft cloth, or apply a mild soap using a soft brush. Dry thoroughly. I want you to enjoy wearing your jewellery, but please remember that it is made of delicate components such as glass which can break if treated roughly. I advise you not to wear it while showering, swimming or doing vigorous exercise. Contact with strong chemicals such as perfumes and deodorants should also be avoided as these may affect your jewellery.

Glass teardrop beads in a simply stunning shade of seafoam green are elegantly suspended from silver-plated hooks in these little drop earrings.

The teardrop beads are high quality Czech glass. They are a gorgeous shade of aqua or seafoam with a glossy finish. Depending on the light they appear a more intense greeny blue or a paler translucent shade.

The earrings dangle from shiny silver-plated hooks.

Your earrings will arrive wrapped in an organza pouch and tucked snugly inside a little box tied with pretty tape and ribbon. A sample of packaging is shown in the last photo.

Please note that silver-plated metal may darken (tarnish) over time, as it comes into contact with air and moisture. To help maintain the look of your jewellery, I recommend not wearing it while showering, bathing, etc, and storing it with the anti tarnish paper provided.
