How do I order a wedding invitation with my data?

1. After payment I will send to your e-mail a questionnaire to fill in your wedding details. 2. You fill in the questionnaire and send it back to me, and I will put your data in the template and send it to you for template approval before manufacturing. 3. You carefully check the template for possible errors and let me know about the change in the text or the start of production. 4. I will make your invitations as quickly as possible, carefully pack them and send the parcel to your address.

Is it possible to make invitations / pockets in other colors?

Yes it is. At your request, we can choose another design paper and calculate the order. Feel free to ask any questions :)

How long will the production take?

From 1 to 5 business days (depending on the production load)

Can I order a different number of invitations than listed?

Yes, you can. Please let me know about it and I will change and recalculate the required quantity for you.

How much is delivery to my city?

Delivery to your country is free of charge via UPS expedited airmail.

How long will delivery to my country take?

I send all parcels by airmail as quickly as possible after the completion of the order. The average delivery time of parcels to the US is 4 to 7 business days after dispatch, to Canada is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, to Australia is 6 to 10 business days after dispatch, to Europe is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. But sometimes there are longer delivery period of parcels, mainly due to national holidays. I ask all my customers to take this into account when planning their order for the wedding!
