All of our Leashes and Collars are made in Texas with a high quality, lightweight polypropylene webbing, unless otherwise specified. We use polypropylene because of its superior characteristics; low stretch, high UV protection (less likely to fade in sunlight), slow absorption of water giving it a better resistance to rot and mildew (and smell), high breaking strength, and comfortable thickness (about 0.040 of an inch) for your dog. It's soft texture is also gentle on your pets skin. Our D-rings are butt-welded for extra strength. On all standard collars, we use high quality, American sourced, plastic slides and duel side pinch clasps. Our Martingale style collars comprise of all metal components. Our leashes utilize a high quality, American sourced, swivel head bolt hooks.

Unless otherwise specified, all leashes are a standard six feet in length. Custom lengths are available for an additional fee, please contact us directly for more information.


SIZING:

Please measure your dog's neck and order the appropriate size. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any returned orders. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned and in its original condition. **** Custom orders and Clearance items are not eligible for returns.****

All extra small and small collars will be made in 3/4 in width. All medium, large and extra large collars will be made in a 1 inch width unless otherwise specified or customer requests differently at checkout.

SHIPPING:

We are not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Tracking information will be provided to customers and it is their responsibility to track, pick up, schedule, or otherwise coordinate with their local post office any delivery that is outside of normal delivery.

International customers are responsible for any and all VAT or import fees. Tracking on US to international orders is unavailable once the item(s) leave the USA. It is the responsibility of the customer to be in contact with their local delivery service and/or customs office for any and all orders. Shipping times do not account for time held in customs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Hand wash with a mild soap and warm water, air dry. If necessary, gently scrub with a sponge or soft brush.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We accept returns within one week of receipt (based on USPS Tracking Number). Return shipping is paid by buyer. A 25% restocking fee applies. All items must be in a new and unused condition to qualify for returns or exchanges. Returns will be processed once received back in our shop, buyer must provide tracking on all returns.
