When will my order arrive?

Current processing time: 2-5 weeks. This is the time I need to prepare your order. All orders are shipped via priority post. Estimated shipping times: USA - 2-3 weeks Germany - 1-2 weeks Europe - 2-5 weeks Canada - 3-6 weeks other countries - 2-6 weeks Please note that shipping times might be affected at any time due to the work of postal services. If you would like to have your order by a certain date, please let me know in advance as soon as possible. Thank you!

If you didn't receive the parcel within 5-6 weeks from the date of shipment, please: - Ask your family or neighbors, maybe they have received the parcel instead of you. - Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel has arrived and is waiting for you. Let me know if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will file a claim about the lost item at my local post office. If the parcel is lost and this is confirmed by a written response from the Poland post, I can issue a full refund or re-send the item. If you didn't collect the package and it has been shipped back to me, I can ship the item again (you are responsible for shipping costs) or I can issue a refund minus shipping costs.

Returns, refunds and cancellation policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase! So if you are not satisfied with your items for any reason, please contact me as soon as you receive the item and you find yourself unhappy! If you need to return the item, please mail it back within 14 days after receipt. All items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were received or they will not be accepted. I will refund the cost of an item after receiving it. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return the item cannot be refunded.

CROCHET BIKINIS: Hand wash in cold/lukewarm water. Dry flat. If your bikini is embellished with seashells, do not wring it, just press the water off. KNIT HATS AND SCARVES: Gently hand wash the hat or the scarf in cold water, gently press the water off, do not wring. You can also wrap it in a towel to remove excess water. Leave to dry on a flat surface. If your hat has a fur pom pom, please untie it before washing as the fur shouldn't get wet. Merino and alpaca wool items have a natural protective layer that resists stains and odors, so there's no need to wash them frequently.

Can I actually swim in crochet bikinis?

Yes! All La Knitteria crochet bikinis are suitable for swimming. They are made using microfiber yarn specially designed for swimwear, which allows them to preserve their shape in the water and dry as quick as regular swimwear.

All items are made to order. Please check each item's processing time. All materials I use are soft, gentle, non-itchy and non-irritating to the skin. Every item is handmade, so it may slightly vary in appearance from the one shown in the picture. Color may differ slightly due to different monitor settings.
