I accept custom and personalised orders. Please message before ordering to make sure your customised message will fit on stamped items. All items can be made to custom sizing just leave note to seller during checkout with your requirements. Personalised items are exemp from returns unless faulty.

Aluminium doesn't tarnish so a wipe with a silver cloth is all thats needed to keep it looking lovely. Sterling silver should be cleaned with a silver cloth to remove any tarnish and keep it looking good as new. Jewellery should be removed before bathing and not sprayed direct with perfume. Plated charms can be kept looking good by not immersing in water or chemicals. Our copper and brass can be polished with a little autosol or brasso to keep them looking good.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my items come ready gift packaged but if sending straight to recipient you can request a gift card by leaving a note to seller during checkout with your message.

Shipping and dispatch, delivery times.

I aim to ship out from 3-7 days but during busy times this can be extended and christmas it is usually 1-2 weeks. Uk orders are posted 2nd class so should arrive within 3-5 working days. Rest of the world once shipped i have no control and items can take from 2 to 6 weeks depending on if they get held up at customs. Please order in plenty of time using the longest shipping as a guide to make sure your item is received in time. If you require your order in a hurry we recommend you upgrade to express shipping which will arrive next day after posting.

I ordered the Mum poem and heart, it is a thoughtful item to gift or for yourself on your special day. Maybe a little expensive for what it is as the paper didn't feel the best. Nevertheless it's still a nice item.
