Custom and personalized orders

I don't do custom orders because even small changes take a lot of time. Basically, if the ask is significant enough that I'll have to put up a custom listing for it, I won't have time to do it. Thank you for your understanding! I can usually create something in a different color or with different hardware if I have it available. Custom sizing is ALWAYS available!

I offer returns and exchanges, because shopping for things that fit online is difficult and sometimes things don't fit or don't work out. My return policy is 14 days - you must contact me before initiating a return or exchange, and ship the return package within those 14 days. Please ship the item back in the original gift box/packaging so it does not arrive damaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. For exchanges, I will cover the shipping for the replacement back to the buyer. For returns, the refund will be issued once I receive the return in unused (tried on is ok), resellable condition, minus the cost of shipping. If items are returned worn or obviously used, I will deduct a 20% cleaning fee from the cost of the refund.

Does ______ item come in holographic pvc?

Holographic pvc is layered over clear, which means it doesn't work for certain designs. I'm also phasing out a lot of the older designs with this layered technique in favor of new ones!

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes! I offer free custom sizing for ALL sizes.

I saw __________ item on your instagram, but I don't see it in your Etsy shop!

I don't list everything on Etsy. Many items are available only on my website, www.apatico.net. If it's not available here yet, a custom listing can be created!

Is your hardware nickel-free?

The majority of the hardware I use does contain nickel. I can source a small selection of hardware in stainless steel so if that is a material you can wear safely, please feel free to ask if the hardware can be swapped out.

Are your items durable for bedroom/play/etc?

My work is fashion accessories. It has not been designed for or tested for play.

Can you recreate something from an inspiration pic I show you?

I will never recreate another designer's work. Please don't even ask.

I found your photos on Aliexpress/Wish/Poshmark/some other shop on Etsy - is that you?

No. I have my photos stolen constantly by scammers and thieves. I sell on Etsy and my website, www.apatico.net ONLY. You can also find my work through my official Facebook and Instagram sales channels which are connected to my social media.
