Effective immediately we will no longer give refunds. Each item in our shop is hand crafted and made to order! Please make sure you are 100% sure of what you are purchasing before you buy. Please make sure you understand shipping policies as well. If there is an issue when you receive your item, you may qualify for an exchange. You must email us with in 24 hours of receiving your item to qualify for an exchange. We are not responsible for costs of shipping back items.

Returns due to shipping

Effective immediately, we will no longer offer refunds due to shipping issues. USPS is the service that is used. The ONLY WAY TO RECEIVE A REFUND of $50 DUE TO SHIPPING is if priority shipping is purchased and your item is lost by USPS or if your item is shipped AFTER YOUR DESIGNATED SHIPPING DATE. We do our best to have every item shipped out before your designated shipping date, but once the item is shipped, it’s no longer in our hands. We have no control over how fast or slow the USPS delivers. Since they can not offer a guaranteed shipping date, we can not either! If you would like to pay express shipping of $25 you can add that on to your order. This is a policy that will not be bent or change until the USPS decides to make changes

We are not responsible for lost packages. If you would like to add on extra insurance or a signature for receiving your shipment, please message us with those details. Once we ship the item, it is no longer in our control of what happens to the package. We are a small business that makes every item to order and your specifications. We do our best to cater to our customers, but we are not the mail carriers.

All of our items are to be hand washed in cold water and lay flat to dry

We do offer wholesale. Please send us a message directly and we can send you current line sheets for our items.

We are not liable for lost and stolen packages. If you are worried about the delivery of your package, we have a section of several add ons for your package. Priority Shipping (includes $50 insurance, express shipping (includes $100 insurance), signature for delivery, added on insurance for orders over $100, $150, and $200. We have no control over items after they are shipped and in the hands of USPS. We are NOT the post office.
