This listing is for a pack of our dry starter and our step by step instructions to bring it to life. It will take 5-7 days to get it fully active. We have included some general instruction for maintaining the starter and getting started with your first loaves, as well as links to some of our favourite recipes!
The process is pretty fool proof and you will be baking amazing loaves in no time. It’s a great feeling to watch this starter bursting out of the jar as you are getting ready to start baking — we defy you to make something with this that doesn’t taste great.
No yeast required, and this starter will last for a lifetime of bread with a simple feeding schedule of flour and water.
